1. What does Nimeya do ?
Nimeya helps you to organise your financial investments & liabilities – all in one place, in a secure manner and empowers you to monitor your finances by sharing regular Alerts, Insights & Notifications so that you can take better financial decisions for yourself and for your loved ones.
2. How do I renew my subscription?
Your subscription will be automatically renewed after a period of one year on realisation of the renewal subscription amount. We request you to keep your payment details up to date for continuous period of service.
3. Can I change my payment plan?
Yes, you can change your payment plan at the time of renewing your subscription. You will be charged for the subscription plan chosen by you at the time of renewal.
4. My payment details have changed. How do I update it?
You are requested to update any change in your payment details at-least 10 days prior to your subscription renewal date.
5. How to fix incorrectly uploaded some information?
In case you have entered data incorrectly, you can correct your information by using the EDIT option.
6. How can I redeem my reward points?
You can redeem your reward points against subsequent renewal fees and/or purchasing top-up services as and when offered.
7. How can I refer Nimeya to my friends and loved ones?
You can go to Profile menu and select “Refer Friends” and send referral links using email, WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal. On successful referral you will get 100 reward points.
8. What are the different ways of uploading the financial information?
You can upload your financial information using the assisted mode option or through upload of CSV file (coming soon) or through upload of your account statements (coming soon).
9. I want to change my subscription plan. What are my options?
You can change your subscription plan only at the time of renewal. You can change from a lower plan option to a higher plan. For example, from Gold to Platinum or from Silver to Gold or Platinum.
10. How do I know that my data is secure?
All data stored in encrypted form and is SSL secured. We are hosted securely on Amazon’s AWS Cloud. We follow OTP & Biometric based access to app and we don’t share data with third party. We have a strong privacy policy.
